Days 1, 2, 3 & 4
Location Port Solent and the Solent area.
Basic safety
Boat handling

Phase two
Days 5, 6, 7 & 8
Location onboard 4 day passage Channel Islands
Practical Seamanship
Culminating in a Night passage
Back to Portsmouth

Phase three
Rest following the night passage
Navigation exam
Clean-up
Issue qualifications
